We offer a 72-hour guarantee for the cleaning service. This means that any complaints related to the cleaning can be addressed and rectified free of charge within 72 hours of the completion of the cleaning.
To ensure that your clean qualifies for the guarantee, it is important to book an end of tenancy clean within a couple of days of your move-out date. Additionally, please ensure that you have fully vacated the property before the clean, as we cannot guarantee the quality of the clean if there are still individuals living at the premises.

We are sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your booking. Please contact us up to 48 hours before your booking, and we’ll cancel it for you. Please note that a late cancellation fee may apply if you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking time.
For End of Tenancy, After-builders and Deep cleaning you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the booking free of charge.
Cancellation past the 48 hours and up to 24 hours prior to your booking may be charged at £25.
Cancellation past the 24 hour window may be charged at full price.
We know how frustrating this could be, but please bear with us as we’re all human and sometimes your cleaner could miss a spot. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours from your clean and we’ll send someone back to re-clean those areas for free.
