About your cleaners
At 1Clean, we take security and peace of mind seriously and carefully interview and thoroughly vet every candidate before being allocated any house cleaning jobs. All cleaners have a minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience. Trust us to bring only the best into your home.
Our prices vary depending on the complexity and frequency of cleaning required. For standard, more frequent visits, our prices start from £16.00 per hour and up to £30.00 for one-off complex cleaning.
For End of Tenancy and After Builders cleaning, yes.
For Deep cleaning can be added as an extra.
For Regular cleaning cannot be provided.
We are flexible. There is no contract. We have simple terms of service that explain the cancellation policy and if you need to cancel your booking, please contact our office team.
Regular clean – 2 hours
Deep clean- 3 hours
After-builders clean – No minimum
End of Tenancy clean – No minimum
That’s ok if you know that it usually takes less time to clean your home. Please only explain to your cleaner what areas in your home are the top priority for cleaning. This will allow your cleaner to focus on the right areas and clean the rest if the time allows.
We know how frustrating this can be, but please bear with us as we’re all human, and sometimes your cleaner could miss a spot. Please contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll send someone back to re-clean those areas for free.
