For regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning our prices start from £16.00 per hour and up to £20.00 for a standard one-off cleaning.
For Regular cleaning, we recommend using your own cleaning supplies to keep your costs low. However, if you need your cleaner to provide supplies, please let us know. We can arrange it for you.
Unfortunately, our regular cleaners cannot provide a vacuum, mop and bucket. Although they can provide all cleaning products, cloths and sponges needed for the job.
We are flexible. There is no contract. We have simple terms of service that explain the cancellation policy and if you need to cancel your booking, please contact our office team here, or alternatively you can dial 020 8064 2474.
The minimum duration for Regular cleaning and Standard One-off cleaning is 2 hours.
As a general rule of thumb, we recommend 2 hours for a typical 1-bed flat, based on our cleaning guides, to ensure all areas have been cleaned up to standard. This includes a Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Hallway. During your booking, we’ll recommend the ideal amount of hours and you can decide whether you’d like to book more, less, or choose the recommended amount.
Absolutely! This normally comes at an extra charge of 30 min per visit. If you have big piles of clothes that need ironing, you can add up to 4 hours.
That’s ok if you know that it usually takes less time to clean your home. Please only explain to your cleaner what areas in your home are the top priority for cleaning. This will allow your cleaner to focus on the right areas and clean the rest if the time allows.
Yes, they can help you with washing, drying and folding your Laundry. Typically we add 30 min extra for this service and can add up to 4 hours if you need to.
We know how frustrating this can be, but please bear with us as we’re all human, and sometimes your cleaner could miss a spot. Please contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll send someone back to re-clean those areas for free.

Usually, a standard bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or living room would take between 15-60 min, following our standards and based on the size of the particular room. Another significant factor is the state of cleanliness in the room. For example, a typical 1 bedroom flat with a separate living room and kitchen, bathroom, hallway and stairs would take 2-3 hours to complete. Rest assured, your cleaners will take care of everything and maintain a spotlessly clean home!
