In order to allow more flexibility to our clients and provide more affordable prices, we do not include inside oven cleaning. Your cleaner will clean the hobs and the outside of the oven. If you wish your oven to be cleaned inside, please let us know.

For End of Tenancy, After-builders and Deep cleaning you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the booking free of charge.
Cancellation past the 48 hours and up to 24 hours prior to your booking may be charged at £25.
Cancellation past the 24 hour window may be charged at full price.
We know how frustrating this could be, but please bear with us as we’re all human and sometimes your cleaner could miss a spot. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours from your clean and we’ll send someone back to re-clean those areas for free.
